Rental FAQs

We will be in contact with you to run through a quick soft credit check and discuss the details of your chosen equipment and contract.

If you don’t pass for credit there may be other rental options available and we will discuss these with you.

We will undertake a soft credit check. This does not leave a visible footprint on your credit score.

We ask for a 12-week deposit at the start of the rental. This will be refunded to you at the end of your contract (provided the equipment is in a suitable condition), or can be used against payment for the item, should you wish to buy it.

For first-time customers, we usually ask for a £10 per week minimum rental fee.

Design, project management, delivery and installation options are available and can be discussed with a member of our team.

We have an in-house technical support department who will liaise with manufacturers to arrange engineer call-outs while your equipment is under warranty. Once the warranty period has expired, if you are renting equipment from us, technical support will be provided by our own in-house team of engineers

At the end of the initial rental period, you can carry on renting or send the equipment back. If you carry on with your rental, we will still continue to provide technical support.

Do You Qualify for Rental?

Sometimes, customers don’t qualify for the option they’ve asked for, but if this happens to you, don’t worry!
We’ll work with you to still get the equipment you need. Your sales expert will discuss your options with you.
We can use the payment you’ve made to secure your items as a part-payment of a more suitable payment option or refund it to you if you don’t want to continue.
