Commercial dishwasher hire on an inclusive rental plan
Renting a commercial dishwasher puts a machine in your kitchen without the capital outlay, and keeps it working without a separate service contract. Every Rental+ commercial dishwasher rental plan covers the machine, the servicing and the breakdowns as one arrangement, so a failed wash cycle is our problem rather than an unplanned invoice on yours.
Plans run on a multi-year term paid by weekly direct debit, and they span from three to seven years depending on the kit and the site. There is no upfront capital expenditure, and there is no separate maintenance agreement to negotiate alongside it.
What is covered while the machine is with you
Inclusive service and maintenance is built into every plan. That covers call-outs, routine servicing, parts and Planned Preventive Maintenance at no extra cost. If a machine cannot be fixed, it is replaced.
Our engineers cover the whole of the UK, so a machine in a single site and a fleet spread across several are supported the same way. One plan can cover multiple sites, equip a single kitchen, or standardise the same machine across an estate, and kit can be added or upgraded as the business changes.
Which warewashing machine suits your kitchen
The right machine is set by what you wash and how fast it has to come back. Glass-led sites need a different cycle from a kitchen turning round service plates, and a pot wash has to take the pans a dishwasher cannot.
For bar and front of house glassware, see undercounter glasswashers. For plates, cutlery and general service, see undercounter dishwashers. For higher volume plate washing with a pass-through hood, see hood dishwashers. For pans, trays and gastronorms, see pot washers. For preparation areas, see stainless steel sinks and hand wash stations.
Rent or buy a commercial dishwasher
Buying puts the cost up front and leaves the servicing, the parts and the breakdown risk with you. Renting spreads the cost across the term and moves that risk to us, which is usually the deciding factor for operators who cannot carry an unplanned closure in the wash-up.
Rental also keeps the specification current. If the site changes, the machine can change with it rather than sitting in the corner at the wrong capacity for another five years.
Leading-brand warewashing equipment
Plans use leading-brand equipment including Classeq, Meiko and Hoshizaki among others, in new or reconditioned condition. Reconditioned units are fully quality-checked and maintained to the same standard as new, and carry the same inclusive service and maintenance.
How commercial dishwasher hire works
Getting started is a soft credit check, then a security deposit and a direct debit, then delivery. Rental+ has 46 years of experience behind that process, and the aim is that the wash-up is working and supported from the day it arrives.
What to check before a machine goes in
Three things decide whether a wash-up works on day one: the water, the drainage and the space. Hardness affects both the wash result and the life of the machine, so sites in hard water areas usually need softening or a treatment cartridge in the specification rather than added later. Drainage has to be in the right place and at the right height, and a gravity drain and a pumped drain are not interchangeable.
Power is the other common hold-up. Higher output machines often need a three phase supply, and where only single phase is available it narrows the choice rather than ruling it out. Tell us what is already at the site and the specification starts from there instead of arriving at it late.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent a commercial dishwasher rather than buy one?
Yes. A Rental+ plan covers the machine plus inclusive service and maintenance on a multi-year term paid by weekly direct debit, with no upfront capital expenditure. Plans span from three to seven years depending on the equipment and the site.
What happens if the dishwasher breaks down?
Call-outs, parts and servicing are included in the plan at no extra cost, and our engineers cover the whole of the UK. If a machine cannot be repaired it is replaced, so a breakdown does not become a capital decision.
Do I need a separate service contract?
No. Inclusive service and maintenance is part of the rental plan itself, covering call-outs, routine servicing, parts and Planned Preventive Maintenance. There is no second agreement to arrange.
Can one plan cover more than one site?
Yes. A single plan can equip one kitchen, cover several sites, or standardise the same machine across an estate, and equipment can be added or upgraded as the business changes.
