Plans run on a multi-year term paid by weekly direct debit, and they span from three to seven years depending on the kit and the site. There is no upfront capital expenditure, and there is no separate maintenance agreement to negotiate alongside it.

What is covered while the machine is with you

Inclusive service and maintenance is built into every plan. That covers call-outs, routine servicing, parts and Planned Preventive Maintenance at no extra cost. If a machine cannot be fixed, it is replaced.

Our engineers cover the whole of the UK, so a machine in a single site and a fleet spread across several are supported the same way. One plan can cover multiple sites, equip a single kitchen, or standardise the same machine across an estate, and kit can be added or upgraded as the business changes.

Which warewashing machine suits your kitchen

The right machine is set by what you wash and how fast it has to come back. Glass-led sites need a different cycle from a kitchen turning round service plates, and a pot wash has to take the pans a dishwasher cannot.

Buying puts the cost up front and leaves the servicing, the parts and the breakdown risk with you. Renting spreads the cost across the term and moves that risk to us, which is usually the deciding factor for operators who cannot carry an unplanned closure in the wash-up.

Rental also keeps the specification current. If the site changes, the machine can change with it rather than sitting in the corner at the wrong capacity for another five years.

What to check before a machine goes in

Three things decide whether a wash-up works on day one: the water, the drainage and the space. Hardness affects both the wash result and the life of the machine, so sites in hard water areas usually need softening or a treatment cartridge in the specification rather than added later. Drainage has to be in the right place and at the right height, and a gravity drain and a pumped drain are not interchangeable.

Power is the other common hold-up. Higher output machines often need a three phase supply, and where only single phase is available it narrows the choice rather than ruling it out. Tell us what is already at the site and the specification starts from there instead of arriving at it late.
