Hot Holding Catering Equipment

The ScanBox Ergo Line Combo AC4 + H6, is a food transport and holding trolley. It's an ideal product for the effective distribution and cold/hot holding of food and is widely specified in hospitals, care homes and conference / exhibition centres, and it looks great too! It can take up to 10 1/1 gastronorms (4 cool and 6 hot in each cupboard).

The Ergo Line Combo Active Cooling and Hot, has two cabinets stacked on top of each other, one for active cooling and one for the hot holding of food. Ergonomic push / pull handles on the back of the box ensure it can be moved safely 

The hot holding cabinet is heated statically up to +90 degree C, with convection heating offered as an option. The cabinet for active cooling can be preset to +3 degrees C and compressor-based cooling is offered as an option.

Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning while integrated air gaps between the racks generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution.

The Ergo Line Combo AC4 + H6 is manufactured with ScanBox unique Temp-Stop technology which maximizes the insulation capacity whilst minimizing energy consumption. 

The Lincat Hot Cupboard Panther 800 Series Plain Top P8P4 hot cupboard is the largest of the Lincat 800 series.

These hot cupboards are ideal for busy catering environment such as canteens, restaurants and cafeterias, while the plain top can provide additional working space if required.

Fan assisted heating guarantees an even heat distribution within the hot cupboard, and a digital readout, makes this a the simple and safe way to hold your hot food before serving. A digital electronic control provides a temperature range between 20 to 99 degrees C.

This hot cupboard is supplied with two heavy duty multi-section chrome plated rod shelves capable of taking heavy loads.
