How we ensure that our used approved catering equipment is of top quality
At Rental+ we have a huge range of quality used approved catering equipment available to rent. To ensure that it reaches you in premium quality, we have a number of specialist in-house facilities dedicated to the service, maintenance and commissioning of commercial catering equipment. For those of you that still may have doubts about the quality of our used equipment allow us to assure you that only items that have been fully tested and commissioned in our specialist equipment engineering centre will be made available to rent.
Our Catering Equipment Service and Maintenance Process
On entering our engineering centre each item is assigned to and assessed by one of our catering equipment experts. It is then stripped and cleaned in a dedicated refurbishment bay. This includes the removal of all individual parts which are cleaned in specialist facilities. Once cleaned, each item is reassembled and sent to a specialist testing and commission centre where it will undergo individual tests to ensure that it is in full working order.
Once assessed by our engineers, each item of catering equipment is sent for quality assurance checking, which it must pass, before it is allowed to leave our engineering centre.
Specialist Testing Facilities to Ensure Quality Equipment
Our engineering centre has a number of specialist testing facilities to ensure that catering equipment arrives to you in premium condition. This includes facilities to run and test gas and warewashing equipment, and a specialist “hot room” that allows us to ensure that refrigeration can be brought down to temperature in a real working kitchen environment.
The Service Doesn’t Stop There
Our staff hold everything to the same standard as a new piece of equipment so a product that does not pass our testing, commissioning and quality assurance process will not make its way onto our website.
Furthermore, if you select any of our used catering equipment through a rental option you also have the added protection of our ongoing maintenance throughout the duration of the contract. This means that if an item does break down one of our engineers will be out to repair your product as soon as possible. This gives you the peace of mind you need to carry on with business without any unexpected maintenance costs in the kitchen.
