The Interlevin BM8710 is an electric bain marie made from a quality stainless steel construction suitable for 150mm deep gastronorm pans (not included) making it easier to quickly swap out pans, even during service. Being wet heat only, it uses a chamber of hot water to keep food warm rather than a dry heat heating element, the wet heat unit is perfect for delicate products like custard, gravies, soups and sauces. The water may require occasional refilling if used for extended periods. When service is over, to drain any excess water the BM8710 comes with a drain tap fitted as standard to make this process safer.Options and accessories are available, some may have an additional charge. The MSB9G from Parry is a bain marie top heated mobile servery, which provides heated storage, and the space to display and serve food. It's supplied with a heated gantry and sneeze screen. With space to store up to 50 plated meals, it's perfect for smaller catering operations wanting to add some additional heated storage and hot servery space. Its stainless steel construction means its easy to clean and durable too. This mobile servery has four strong castors, two of which are lockable and it has removable sliding doors, again for easy cleaning.
